Emmett “Sabre” Reedy is a Submariner. His tattoo roots can be traced back to his U.S. Navy days. He was “masted” by his command and tattooed himself while being restricted to the boat. Shortly after, he was tattooing at good ol’ Scallywags. Learning the proper way of tattooing, Sabre developed a love for the craft.  He Later left the Navy to pursue the arts, Idolizing tattoo history and the forefathers of modern-day tattooing. He has gathered and incorporated traditions, styles and techniques that deliver the best tattoo.
